Bisan General Contracting and Real Estate Investments company Ltd. was established in 2003 on the basis of the continuous efforts of its founder, Engineer Hassan Rashid Al-Saffar, as an extension of Al-Bilad Electrical and Mechanical Contracting Company established in 1985
Which implemented multiple electrical projects in the public and private sectors. Since the company’s inception, the company has built a business based on the core value of customer satisfaction. We always set our eyes to exceed expectations while respecting our commitments, and we are driven by this inner passion to do what is right for the community of which we are a part. We are ready and able to keep pace with the requirements in any of our projects by Powerful and effective quality control management, depending on a team of highly-qualified engineers and fully supported by our affiliated companies.
